WALTHER PPK NOT SHOOTING - DENIX
The Walther PPK semi-automatic pistol was made by Carl Walther GmbH Sportwaffen in 1931 starting from its biggest sister PP made in 1929 and from which it stands out for its dimension, weight and some minimal details. The request for create an more contained model come from a specification of the criminal police who needed a weapon that was very easy to hide. But the success was very high, that even the officers of the Wehrmacht carried it when they were not on the battlefield being much more manageable and lighter than the models supplied. In the post-war period his fame was also increased by the movie agent 007 who used a Walther PPK pistol.
